Only parts that prove to be defective during the period of guarantee will be replaced without charge.

The MediHeat is specifically designed to be used with calf hutches. We cannot recommend MediHeat’s use with chicken coops.
🢒 2. My MediHeat Calf Hutch Electric Heater is not functioning as it should. Can I purchase replacement parts?
While Caframo warranties its MediHeat Calf Hutch Electric Heater for one year, we do not sell internal replacement parts. This is necessary to maintain the UL (Underwriters Laboratory) and CSA (Canadian Standards Association) product qualification listing for this product. Every time an AC electrical unit is opened, it must be properly closed and tested for safety. We also do not offer repair services, nor can we authorize self-repairs. If this heater is not functioning correctly, please no longer use it.
